I started my fitness journey over twenty years ago and since then I have learned about all things health and fitness. I have trained a variety of satisfied clients over the years, from group fitness, personal training and nutrition to Yoga, Pilates, boxing and martial arts. The first thing that strikes you about Julie is how cheerful and enthusiastic she is.
