Personal training is the best way to pull all relevant health and fitness information together for you that brings you to your goal with a clear path and no wasted time, at a pace that’s right for you.

It’s also a great way to learn new skills correctly like Weight Room orientation, Yoga, Pilates in a time effective manner as a group or individual. Together, we co-create perfect plans for you, that work and change with you in your home, outside, or at work.

To make the most of your personal training sessions, do yourself a favour and do the most important work first and fill out the questionnaires listed below.

$100 plus GST up to 5 participants for group training 
$25.00 per person for each additional person.

ONLINE CONSULTS

For a variety of reasons weekly check-ins work well for accountability and consistency. These sessions are shorter, and personalized to answer any questions you have along the way, and keep you motivated and moving toward your goals.

Online consults are 15 min, $25/per session and are sold in sets of 4 (with one complimentary set up consult)
